This is like a deep dive into your thoughts and feelings. We can often dig into your past experiences and patterns that are formed over many years, and address each of these problems while gaining an understanding of their relevance in your life today.

Psychotherapy can usually go on for a longer period of time, depending what comes up in the sessions.

This is very much about growth and deep healing, while looking at the roots of the issues.

Counselling

Counselling is a more short-term support that focuses on specific problems or situations that you are facing in life right now.

It is usually dealing with more immediate problems, while finding solutions to manage these challenges effectively.

This tends to be a shorter time-frame than psychotherapy, such as 6 sessions.

It is Ok if you are not sure which type of therapy you want, whether you want a mixture, or if you just want a safe space to talk and see what way it goes, we are open to whatever works best for you!​​
