How long do the sessions last?

This depends on the service, and can depend on the tailored service. Regarding Psychotherapy/Counselling, the sessions would be 50 minutes. With Coaching, sessions tend to be hourly however, this can vary. Regarding Yoga sessions, this can be 45 minute - 1 hour sessions. Again, this can vary. 

What happens in the first session/consultations?

In the first sessions or consultation, we will spend the time getting to know each other, discuss your reasons for attending, and start addressing this. We can also fill in an assessment form if you wish, or if you are struggling to put into words your reasons for attending. 

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on each individual client and which service. A minimum of  6 sessions is recommended for Counselling & Coaching, however we carry out regular check ins incase you would like to opt out of sessions, or would like to add more to your course.

What happens if I decide to finish up with our sessions?

This is absolutely no problem! If you feel that you do not work well with me, or you feel satisfied and want to finish our sessions, just let me know at least 48 hours before our session (if we have one booked), and we can finish up. 

What are Tailored Mental Health Plans?

We offer mental health plans, where we will discuss your concerns and some goals that you have, and based on these goals, we will create a mental health plan for you including solution-focused exercises and recommendations. These will be tailored based on your needs and we can organise check-ins depending on your package.
